FSU Announces 2025 Myles Hollander Distinguished Lecturer

The Department of Statistics is pleased to announce that Robert J. Tibshirani, professor in the Department of Biomedical Data Science and the Department of Statistics at Stanford University, is the 2025 Myles Hollander Distinguished Lecturer. Tibshirani will present “Univariate-guided sparse regression,” at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17 in the Department of Psychology auditorium on FSU’s Tallahassee campus.
