How will you change the world? Apply to attend the LeaderShape Institute, a transformative experience that will help you uncover your vision for the world and how to make it a reality.
The Center for Leadership & Social Change and Fraternity and Sorority Life partner to host sessions of the Institute, an intensive and energizing four-day program to inspire, develop, and support students who are committed to lead with a high level of integrity.
During LeaderShape, participants are challenged to identify their values and craft a vision for a change they want to see in their communities or the broader world. The curriculum was created for individuals who are committed to engaging in personal leadership development work, and the Institute encourages participants to lead with integrity by exploring not only what they want to do, but also who they want to be through self-reflection, team-building activities, small group discussion, and full sessions.
The institute is facilitated by faculty, staff and Tallahassee community members who are invested in working with students to realize their visions and LeaderShape's mission of developing a healthy disregard for the impossible.
At Florida State, the application is available for all undergraduates and is no cost to students. This year's institute will take place May 2-5, the week after spring classes end, at Laguna Beach in Panama City.
Apply by April 1 at thecenter.fsu.edu/leadershape.
