 Feathers, Flowers, and Finery Exhibit

The Apparel and Textiles Historic Costume Collection of the Jim Moran School of Entrepreneurship is exhibiting 36 historic women’s hats in collaboration with LeMoyne Arts in anticipation of the Art & Soul Celebration. The exhibit runs through Oct. 26 at the LeMoyne Arts Center at 125 N. Gadsden Street. Admission is free. The center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday – Saturday.

The Jim Moran School of Entrepreneurship holds over 4,500 donated textiles, garments, and accessories in their Textiles and Apparel Historic Costume Collection. The holdings represent primarily 19th and 20th century dress, but also includes textiles from several centuries including the pre-Columbian era.
