Faculty Recharge Webinar: Mindfulness to Manage Chaos with presenter Dr. Shengli Dong

This webinar is a part of the Faculty Recharge Series for FSU Faculty. In this webinar on Wednesday, November 19, presenter Dr. Shengli Dong will share his expertise in clinical and research interests in mindfulness. He is working on a grant from the National Institute of Health to foster well-being and prevent depression for immigrant youth using mobile health applications through mindfulness approaches. He has presented on mindfulness practices to counseling professionals and trainees. He will offer faculty an overview of the value of mindfulness as well as strategies to incorporate it into their daily routines. Don't worry if you're a beginner — everyone can learn and benefit from this skill.
