Earn Your Global Partner Certificate: Summer & Fall Workshop Dates Announced
This message has been approved by Dr. Cynthia Green, Director of the Center for Global Engagement, for distribution to faculty and staff.
Attend Bridging Cultures workshops this summer and fall to earn your Global Partner Certificate. The certificate is designed to help participants develop cross-cultural competencies and increase their intercultural knowledge and communication skills. These workshops are available to all FSU faculty and staff, including graduate students who are on assistantships and internships. Summer workshops:
- Bridging Cultures I: 5/10 (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
- Bridging Cultures II: 5/24 (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
- Bridging Cultures III: 6/7 (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
- Bridging Cultures IV: 7/12 (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
Fall workshops:
- Bridging Cultures I: 9/20 & 9/27 (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
- Bridging Cultures II: 10/4 (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
- Bridging Cultures III: 10/25 (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
- Bridging Cultures IV: 11/8 (10 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in The Globe (GME Building), Room 2400
Please Note: The workshops must be completed in order as they build on each other. You have an entire year to complete all four.
