Santone is a successful executive who is passionate about advocating for and mentoring women. As the senior executive vice president for human resources at AT&T, she oversees the company’s global human resources strategy. Santone also leads a Women of AT&T circle mentoring group.
She currently serves on the national Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Board of Directors for the Jed Foundation, focused on suicide prevention on college campuses and in high schools.
Santone graduated with her B.S. in sociology from Florida State University and her M.S. in counseling from Troy University. She was honored as one of COSSPP’s Distinguished Alumni in 2020.
