Business Law Clinics Are Back: Receive Free Legal Assistance for Your Student Businesses
This message has been approved by Dr. Susan Fiorito, Dean of the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship, for distribution to students, faculty and staff.
The Business Law Clinic is a free resource for students to receive legal assistance for their business from Prof. Richard Benham of Florida State University's College of Law. A completed application together with an Intake Form are REQUIRED.
Business Law Clinics will be held in Spring 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Shaw Building Conference Room (RSB 224). There are four individual 25-minute time slots available on a first-come, first-served basis on each of the following dates:
