This hands-on informatics workshop will introduce researchers to the design and development of large language model (LLM)–based health applications using LangChain and LangGraph. Participants will learn how to build modular, agentic workflows for tasks such as clinical text processing, question answering, and decision support, with attention to data privacy, evaluation, and responsible AI practices in healthcare. The workshop supports CTSA Informatics’ mission by equipping investigators with practical skills to translate LLM technologies into reproducible, secure, and clinically meaningful health applications.
