The Milton S. Carothers Faculty Lecture Series is the longest running, regularly occurring, interdisciplinary lecture series at Florida State University. The purpose of the series is to promote the research and creative activities of FSU's faculty in an interdisciplinary environment that translates those activities across boundaries to a broad audience with an eye toward bridging academic disciplines, facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations, and promoting faculty research, on and off campus.

All lectures are free and open to the public. You attend and listen without lunch, bring your own lunch, or register for a lunch provided by FSU's Office of Research. Lunch begins at noon, and the lectures begin at 12:30 p.m.
