Join the Center for Global Engagement on Wednesday, April 3, from 5-6 p.m. in The Globe Auditorium as the Venezuelan Student Association and PorColombia host an Arepa Showdown! This event is open to FSU students and faculty to learn about and taste the differences and similarities of a South American staple: the arepa.

The Venezuelan Student Association and PorColombia will each give a presentation on their country's take on the arepa. After their presentations, there will be a tasting of the arepas from each country. Drinks will also be served, and there will be music and educational slides presented during the tasting. Make sure to bring your FSU ID, as an FSU card swipe is required upon entry.
