The Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP) provides first-year, second-year and transfer students an engaging community with the flexibility and funding opportunities to explore their full range of interests. You can join a community of hundreds of student researchers, including discipline-specific and transfer cohorts.

Incoming 1st-year and rising 2nd-year student deadline: May 1st, 2025.

Transfer student deadline: July 1st, 2025.

• To be eligible as a transfer student for UROP, you must have earned your AA at another institution after high school graduation and be starting your first fall at FSU in 2025.
