Applications Now Open for the Rosalina Gonzalez Award

Applications are now open for the 2023 Rosalina Gonzalez Award. Applications must be submitted by Friday, Sept. 29, 2023.
The purpose of the Rosalina Gonzalez Award is to encourage and recognize two students for their outstanding contributions to the FSU community related to sharing and upholding the principles and ideals of the Hispanic community.
Application Criteria
Applicants must be classified as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student, in good standing academically; undergraduate applicants must be a third-or-fourth year student by credit hours; graduate students must have reached their second year of study during the fall 2023 semester.
Applicants must exemplify the legacy of Rosalina Gonzalez, being both academically and socially active in the community, and provide evidence of how they have promoted or educated the community about the Hispanic culture.
Individuals of all races, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and any other identity groups are eligible for this award. Additional consideration will be given to students of Hispanic heritage.
